Second issue of 1980 LP with lyric inner sleeve. Cover has artwork printed directly on white posterboard (first issues have paste-on slicks applied to heavy brown cardboard covers). No Slash t-shirt catalog order form. A few light creases along perimeter of cover, ring wear.
